The implementation of constant temperature during the casting and pouring stages minimizes energy loss significantly. Additionally, oil quenching is employed to enhance the hardness of the product, while the subsequent annealing process modifies its microstructure to meet specific requirements. For quality assurance, product inspection is carried out using a high-precision OXFORD spectrometer sourced from Germany.
